Polished Mussel Shells

Smooth, elongated bivalve shells with a soft oval outline, polished to reveal a lustrous mother-of-pearl surface. The nacre glows in warm golden amber, honey orange, cream and pearl white, with swirling marble-like patterns and flashes of pink and blue iridescence as the light moves. The inside is equally smooth and pearly. Each shell is cleaned and sorted by size, and colour and pattern vary naturally from piece to piece. Their glossy, stone-like finish suits trinket and jewellery dishes, soap and candle holders, craft and resin projects, inlay and decorative work, and tabletop styling.
